Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of our premium customer service program at one of our leading shopping malls in Dubai. This role focuses on managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth operations of the Information Desk, and upholding exceptional service standards to deliver memorable experiences for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated knowledge of mall services, facilities, store locations, ongoing promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations at the Customer Service Information Desk under the guidance of the Supervisor and Team Leader.
  • Assist customers with directions, event details, and general inquiries in person and over the phone.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution in line with established procedures and SLAs.
  • Execute the Gift Card program and ensure accurate payment handling in compliance with company policies.
  • Support ongoing initiatives to improve customer service standards and enhance visitor satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within shopping malls, luxury hospitality, or a related sector in GCC or internationally.
  • Fluency in Chinese or Russian is mandatory; English proficiency required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
