Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a service-focused mindset
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
• Serve meals and drinks quickly while ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
• Support team members to ensure seamless service during busy operations
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
• Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist in setup and breakdown of dining areas for shifts or events
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to improve knowledge and service standards
• Adapt to fast-paced periods while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
