Responsible for managing the payroll activities to Richemont and the Maisons for Middle East, India & Turkey. The role holder will be in charge of system enhancement, digitalization projects and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Key user / Level 2 support
Lead HRIS related projects
Responsible for testing, deployment, communication and training of global SAP related upgrades and projects.
Ensure customization of global process with the local practice as applicable.
Level 2 support
Serve as level two support for local and global SAP process such as Payroll and Time Management, Organization Management and PMP modules and Salary Review process.
Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate and liaise the incidents to Group HRIS (L3) team as required.
Conduct training for SAP Master Data to HR users and create manual
Master Data Administration
Responsible for PA and OM Master Data integrity.
Perform monthly data checking and data cleansing to secure the quality and stability of SAP HR
module.
Payroll Administration
Ensure that the payroll for Middle East, India, and Turkey is processed on time on a monthly basis.
Perform initial payroll check. Check data maintained by the HR Coordinator and ensure that all payments are validated by the Brand and properly documented.
Prepare the payroll file to be validated by HR Manager / HR Business Partner and Chief Financial Officer.
Prepare and provide detailed payroll interface files to Finance treasury to ensure that payments are properly interfaced to the correct GL and Cost Center in SAP.
Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the payroll process;
Guarantee Payroll internal compliance and segregation of duties;
Manage reconciliation of payroll payout with Finance posting in GL for UAE & KSA
HR Accruals, HR Metrics & Dashboard
HR Accruals
Ensure accurate recording and interface of leave, bonus, annual ticket and euro exchange accruals on SAP;
Prepare a monthly report to Finance and reconcile information as required
HR Metrics / Dashboard - provide monthly report to Brands and Richemont on:
Head count and Turnover;
New Joiners, Leavers and Change of Status.
Responsible for adjusting the planning in BW HR;
Responsible for HR BP BW training;
Other Responsibilities
Responsible and point of contact for the payroll audit (Internal - I-CARE and External - PWC).
Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
Integrate change management activities into the project plan
