Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Payroll Executive

to manage payroll processing for site and office staff in a construction environment. The role involves preparing accurate timesheets, handling attendance data, coordinating with site supervisors, and ensuring timely and compliant payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and verify timesheets

from various construction sites on a weekly/monthly basis. Accurately enter and maintain employee attendance, overtime, and leave data. Process payroll for site workers and staff, ensuring timely salary disbursement. Coordinate with HR, site engineers, and project managers for payroll inputs and clarifications. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, bonus, etc.). Generate and distribute payslips and payroll reports. Maintain and update employee payroll records, bank details, and salary structures. Address payroll-related queries from employees. Assist with audit requirements and provide necessary documentation. Stay updated on labor laws and statutory changes relevant to the construction industry.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
