Description:
We're hiring an SAP Payroll Executive for immediate joining at MESC. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Update and maintain employee master data including attendance, overtime, deductions, leave, and benefits.
Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile with the Finance department.
Handle gratuity, leave settlements, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR on employee-related changes impacting payroll.
Respond to employee payroll queries accurately and professionally.
Maintain payroll-related documents, files, and confidential records.
Requirements:
2-4 years of payroll experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in SAP HANA payroll module (Mandatory).
Strong understanding of UAE labor law and WPS requirements.
Excellent Excel and reporting skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
