About The Job

Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including calculating wages, overtime, commissions, and bonuses. Ensure all payroll entries are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Verify timesheets and attendance data. Administer and process employee benefits, deductions, and withholdings. Generate and distribute pay slips to employees. Prepare and process final settlements for departing employees. Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws. Prepare and file statutory reports, such as tax filings, social security contributions, and other government-mandated reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and employee files. Generate various payroll reports for management and accounting purposes. Conduct internal audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from employees. Provide clear and helpful explanations regarding pay slip details, deductions, and tax information. Liaise with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and employee data changes. Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate payroll transfers and resolve any discrepancies. Utilize and manage the payroll software system efficiently. Stay informed of updates and changes to the payroll system and implement them as needed. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all payroll information.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
