Job Description

The purpose of this job is to accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role involves managing payroll data, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

Payroll Processing:



- Collect and review the timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll data for accuracy and completeness.

- Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

- Process payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner using payroll software or systems.

- Verify and reconcile payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

Benefits Administration:



- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

- Calculate and process employee deductions for benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Record-Keeping and Reporting:



- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, pay rates, deductions, and withholdings.

- Generate payroll reports and analyses as needed for management, accounting, and regulatory purposes.

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders as required.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, withholdings, and other payroll-related matters.

Compliance and Audits:



- Ensure compliance with all regulations governing payroll processing and employee compensation.

- Participate in internal and external audits of payroll records and processes, providing documentation and support as needed to auditors.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum 04 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar role. Knowledge of payroll software, systems and good command on Microsoft Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations. Understanding of payroll regulations and processes. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
