, and UAE labor compliance. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
monthly payroll processing
for all employees in compliance with UAE and DIFC laws.
Handle
DEWS onboarding, contributions, reconciliations, and reporting
.
Ensure accurate calculation of
salaries, overtime, deductions, leave balances, and final settlements
.
Maintain and update employee records, salary changes, and payroll data.
Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related queries and approvals.
Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
Ensure timely processing of
WPS
, bank uploads, DEWS contributions, and statutory requirements.
Stay updated with changes in DIFC and UAE labor regulations impacting payroll.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of payroll experience
in the UAE.
Mandatory experience with DEWS and DIFC payroll systems
.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law, leave policies, gratuity rules, and WPS.
Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with HR/payroll software.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
