As our Payment Solutions Executive, you'll drive efficiency and innovation by leading Deriv's IT procurement strategy. You'll negotiate with global vendors to secure the best solutions while strengthening Deriv's global operations--managing risks, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying cost optimisation opportunities. On a given day, you will:

Drive the development and execution of our IT procurement strategy, focusing on software, SaaS, and related IT services Lead critical negotiations with global technology providers, securing advantageous terms while building valuable strategic partnerships Analyse market trends and vendor performance to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimisation Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure procurement decisions align with business objectives and compliance requirements Implement and leverage AI and Business Intelligence tools to transform procurement workflows and decision-making processes Mentor and develop your team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Tackle the complexity of working across different international jurisdictions, time zones and cultures Identify and mitigate risks in our technology supply chain while maintaining business continuity

We would love to work with you if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Procurement, or a related field Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in team management, along with a total of 8-12 years of experience in IT procurement, with specific expertise in software and SaaS Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and decision-making abilities Have a proven track record of working effectively under pressure and managing time efficiently Are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance in financial transactions Have relevant procurement certifications (CIPS, CPP, CPSM preferred) Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies Possess excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English
