Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions to meet their objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business plans for clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
Requirements
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or business solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of business solutions, products, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
