Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager with strong banking experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling POS machines, payment gateways, and a wide range of payment solutions to businesses across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for POS terminals, payment gateways, and digital payment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Provide expert consultation on payment products and solutions to meet client needs. Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Work closely with internal teams (operations, onboarding, and support) to ensure seamless client experience. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services in the UAE. Proven track record in selling financial or payment products. In-depth knowledge of POS systems, payment gateways, and merchant services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. UAE driving license preferred
