We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive individual to join our team as a

Payment Gateway Specialist

. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective users, building trust, presenting the value of our services, and guiding them through the process of securely submitting their verified bank details. Users whose accounts are activated through our platform are eligible for commissions as part of our rewards program.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively initiate and manage outreach efforts to identify and connect with potential users. Clearly articulate the benefits of our platform and how it supports commission-based rewards. Motivate users to securely share their verified account details through ethical and compliant methods. Ensure full adherence to data privacy laws and best practices in handling sensitive customer information. Conduct timely follow-ups to boost account activation and engagement rates. Monitor and report on lead generation, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or KYC-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu). Prior experience in financial services, customer acquisition, telecalling, or field marketing is a plus. Confidence in initiating conversations and building relationships with new contacts. Basic understanding of banking systems and commission-based income models. Strong sense of integrity with a commitment to data security and ethical practices. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fintech, banking, or affiliate/partner marketing environments. Existing network or database of potential leads or users ready to onboard.
