About the Role

We are hiring a

Patient Relationship Executive

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this front-line role, you'll ensure every patient receives exceptional service--from the first call to post-visit follow-ups. Your ability to communicate with empathy, manage schedules efficiently, and handle patient concerns with care will be key to success.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and collect feedback Handle incoming queries about services, doctors, procedures, and clinic operations Clearly communicate information about treatments, diagnostics, and specialties Log all patient interactions accurately in the clinic's CRM or management system Work closely with medical and admin teams to ensure seamless patient scheduling Send reminders and updates via phone, SMS, or email

What We're Looking For

Experience:

At least 2 years in telesales, customer service, or patient coordination Healthcare industry background (hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center) is highly preferred

Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-paced setting Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Additional Details

Work Schedule:

12-hour shifts (day or rotational, depending on clinic needs)

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
