Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused

Patient Relationship Executive

with prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers. This role centers on managing patient communication, primarily via phone, to ensure a smooth and supportive patient journey--from appointment booking to post-visit follow-up.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in telesales, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service, combined with excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient feedback. Handle inbound calls to address patient inquiries about services, doctor schedules, procedures, and clinic guidelines. Provide patients with information about treatments, diagnostic services, and specialties. Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records and call logs using hospital/clinic software. Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline patient appointments. Send reminders, follow-ups, and reports to patients via phone, SMS, or email.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service, ideally within a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center).

Communication:

Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal abilities with a courteous, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.

Efficiency:

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

Work Experience:

2+ years in healthcare telesales or patient support

Shift:

12-hour shifts (day or rotational, depending on operational needs)

Availability:

Immediate joiners will be given preference
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
