We are looking for a compassionate and results-driven
Patient Relationship Executive
to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the patient journey -- from appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will bring experience from hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers, with a background in patient coordination, telesales, or healthcare customer service.
This role focuses heavily on effective patient communication, primarily via phone, while ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient feedback.
Respond to inbound inquiries regarding doctors, services, procedures, and general clinic information.
Clearly and empathetically explain treatment options, diagnostic services, and medical specialties to patients.
Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions using healthcare CRM or clinic management software.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to coordinate appointments and manage patient flow.
Send reminders and updates via phone, SMS, or email as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer support, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in regional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle patient concerns empathetically.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Patient-focused mindset with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Additional Details
Work Experience:
2+ years in healthcare telesales or patient support
Shift:
12-hour shifts (day or rotational, depending on clinic operations)
Joining:
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
