Position Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and service-oriented

Patient Relationship Executive

with proven experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers. This role is primarily phone-based and focuses on ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for patients--ranging from appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

telesales, patient coordination, or healthcare customer service

, along with excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on visits, and gather patient feedback. Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, doctors' schedules, procedures, and clinic policies. Provide detailed information on treatments, diagnostic services, and medical specialties offered. Accurately maintain and update patient records and call logs using hospital or clinic software systems. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to coordinate and optimize patient appointments. Send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and medical reports via phone, SMS, or email.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service--preferably within a healthcare environment (hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous, empathetic, and patient-centric approach.

Efficiency:

Capable of handling high call volumes and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

Work Experience:

2+ years in healthcare telesales or patient support

Shift:

12-hour shifts (day or rotational based on operational requirements)

Availability:

Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
