Position Summary



We are seeking a

compassionate, customer-focused Patient Relationship Executive

to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for patients -- from initial contact and appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers, with a strong background in

patient coordination, telesales

, or

healthcare customer service

. A high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills is essential, as the majority of interactions will be conducted over the phone.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

outbound calls

to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and gather feedback Handle

inbound inquiries

regarding services, doctors, procedures, and general clinic information Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations of

treatment options

, diagnostic services, and specialties Accurately document all patient interactions using

healthcare CRM

or clinic management software Coordinate closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth

appointment scheduling

and patient flow Send appointment reminders and updates via

phone, SMS, or email


Candidate RequirementsExperience



Minimum

2 years

of experience in

telesales, patient coordination

, or

customer service

Healthcare industry experience (hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center) is

highly preferred

Work Experience:

12-hour shifts (day shift or rotational, based on clinic schedule)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
