Patient Relations Executive
who will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between patients and our clinical team, while supporting front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
Manage patient registration, insurance documentation, approvals, and billing coordination.
Address patient feedback and complaints professionally, aiming for timely resolution and service improvement.
Work closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure a smooth and satisfying patient journey.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
Provide volunteer support for clinic-led marketing or awareness activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of
clinical front-desk or patient relations experience in a UAE healthcare setting
.
Good knowledge of UAE
insurance procedures
and related documentation.
Willingness to work in
split shifts
and adapt to operational needs.
Strong communication skills;
fluency in English, Hindi
is required.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Familiarity with EMR systems (basic proficiency acceptable).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
