Parent Relations Executive
to join the team at
ESM
and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our holiday camps and maintaining strong, positive relationships with parents.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families, thrives in operational environments, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll be the go-to person for inquiries, registrations, and coordination with schools, suppliers, and internal teams, all while ensuring each camp delivers a consistent, high-quality experience. Key Objectives
Help grow the number of customers and camp locations
Boost the quality of camps through varied activities and improved staff training to increase customer retention
Support the department in achieving business targets and meeting budget expectations
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours
Desired Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
UAE Driving License
Desired Experience
Experience in operations and logistics management
Experience working with children
Experience in leading teams or individuals
Experience in the sports industry
Local knowledge of the UAE and regional sports landscape
Job-Specific Knowledge and Skills
High-level verbal and written communication skills
Creative thinking and decision-making abilities
Strong IT skills, including database and system management
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Effective time management
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
