Key Responsibilities
Support patients with insurance, appointment booking, invoicing, and service queries
Ensure accurate flow of medical information using coding protocols
Act as liaison for insurance claims, billing, and payments
Organize patient records and clinic documentation
Guide patients and maintain excellent customer service standards
Handle cash, credit, and insurance payments and reconcile daily transactions
Maintain safe, clean clinic environment and participate in improvement initiatives
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
Ideal Profile
Emirati candidate with a graduate degree
DHA license or eligibility
Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance, cash handling, customer service, or invoicing
Strong knowledge of medical insurance coding and billing
Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
Computer literate and detail-oriented
