Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient service.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communication between doctors, nurses, and reception staff.
Support dental staff with operational needs and ensure adherence to clinic policies.
Oversee patient management, from registration to follow-up.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and minor concerns in a professional manner.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the clinic environment.
Prepare reports and assist in performance monitoring and staff training.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or front-office roles, ideally within a dental or healthcare environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office applications and clinic management software.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
