We are looking for a compassionate and service-oriented
Patient Relationship Executive
to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering a seamless and positive patient experience--from appointment scheduling to post-visit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center, with a background in patient coordination, telesales, or healthcare customer service.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling both inbound and outbound communication while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, conduct follow-ups, and gather patient feedback
Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries about services, doctors, procedures, and clinic protocols
Clearly explain treatments, diagnostic services, and medical specialties offered by the facility
Document all patient interactions accurately using clinic or hospital software systems
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to streamline appointment scheduling and patient flow
Send appointment reminders, follow-up instructions, and other relevant communication via phone, SMS, or email
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service--preferably within a healthcare environment (clinic, hospital, or diagnostic center)
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Courteous, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proficient in multitasking and managing time effectively
Additional Information:
Work Experience:
2+ years in healthcare telesales or patient support
Shift:
12-hour shifts (day or rotational, depending on clinic operations)
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
