Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, post-visit follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Handle inbound calls to address patient inquiries regarding services, doctor availability, procedures, and clinic protocols.
Provide clear and empathetic information to patients about treatments, diagnostic services, and medical specialties offered.
Accurately document patient interactions and maintain records using hospital or clinic software systems.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient flow.
Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and relevant information via phone, SMS, or email.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in telesales, patient coordination, or customer service, ideally within a healthcare setting.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
A patient-centric, courteous, and empathetic approach.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
