Job Description
We are looking for a Patient relation officer cum front desk executive to join our Ayurveda clinic in Dubai. Candidates those who have hospital or clinic administration experience is an added advantage.
Job description
Responsible for doctors and clinic slot management.
Reallocating the cancelled appointment's slot with another patient.
Attending calls, email and other enquires in a professionally manner.
Patient complaint management
Communicate medical results, treatment, and medicine prescriptions to patient under clinical supervision.
Timely and accurate documentation of patients insurance claim and its reimbursement.
Ensure all patients required information , data are updated in the patient file and ERP system.
