Greet and welcome patients in a warm, friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the provider's time.
Conduct patient consultations to understand their needs and expectations to upsell & cross-sell the services.
Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially.
Process patient paperwork, including consent forms and treatment plans.
Handle billing and payment transactions, including insurance claims if applicable.
Educate patients about available services, procedures, and skincare products.
Promote special offers, packages, and loyalty programs to patients.
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotional activities.
Track patient feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the aesthetics industry.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service plus sales or administrative role, preferably in a medical or aesthetics setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical scheduling software.
Knowledge of aesthetics treatments and products is a plus.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Arabic-speaking is a plus.
