Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Patient Coordinator for our Clinic who can join us as soon as possible. Job responsibilities:

• Able to understand and satisfy the patient's requirements and exceed their expectation if possible.
• Providing help and advice to a patient using the organization's product or service.
• Communicating courteously with the patient by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
• Investigating and solving patients' problems which may be complex or long-standing problems.
• Handling patient complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a patient being taken ill.
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with patients.
• Developing feedback or complaint procedures for patients.
• Learning about the organization's service and keeping up to date with changes.
• Knowledgeable of the new company products and services.
• Utilize social media to respond to patient complaints and praise.
• Offers input into patient care and organization process and advocates patient needs from a broad perspective.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient and organization sensitive information.
• Introducing services to potential patients.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Persian [Farsi] is a MUST
• With good communication skills and proactive
• With at least 3 years of working experience in the same field and with a high level of customer service experience
• With a strong convincing strategy
