Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of total relevant experience in the catering industry
Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)
In depth knowledge of produce and food preparation
Interest and enthusiasm in the hospitality industry
Know and Respect the HACCP rules
Motivated to learn the luxury pastry
Preference will be given to those who can join immediately
