Khaleej Bakeries & Pastries LLC - SPC, Abu Dhabi, known for its exquisite range of pastries, cakes, and baked goods. We are looking for a talented and dedicated Pastry Maker to join our growing team and contribute to our tradition of culinary excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide variety of pastries, including but not limited to cakes, tarts, cookies, croissants, bread, and other baked goods, according to company recipes and quality standards. Decorate pastries and desserts with precision and artistic flair. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Monitor inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Operate and maintain all pastry equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborate with the head baker and kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones. Ensure timely production to meet customer demands. Adhere to portion control and waste management procedures. Assist with other kitchen duties as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience minimum 2 years as a Pastry Maker or similar role in a bakery, hotel, or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Proficiency in decorating and presentation of pastries. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards EFST and HACCP certification Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
