Head Chef specialized in French Pastry
to lead our kitchen team and ensure excellence in product quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pastry kitchen team.
Develop, test, and implement new French pastry recipes with creativity and precision.
Ensure all products meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Monitor daily production to meet business requirements.
Maintain strict quality control over all orders before dispatch.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Train, guide, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Pastry Chef specializing in French pastry.
Strong knowledge of classic and modern French desserts.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Creativity and passion for innovation in pastry and sweets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
HACCP / food safety knowledge is a plus.
