Pastry Head Chef | Abu Dhabi | French-Inspired Bakery Brand
We are currently looking for a PASTRY HEAD CHEF to join this growing French-influenced pastry and bakery brand, currently operating two outlets in Abu Dhabi. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef with a passion for pastry excellence and team development, contributing to the continued growth and innovation of the brand.
The successful candidate will bring:

• Formal culinary training, ideally with a diploma or certificate from a recognized institution
• Proven expertise in French pastry and bakery, including sourdough techniques
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior pastry roles, preferably within high-end bakery or patisserie environments
• Strong skills in menu development, seasonal product planning, and pastry innovation
• Experience managing B2B and B2C operations, with a focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
• A creative mindset paired with strategic thinking to enhance brand visibility
• UAE-based experience preferred, with familiarity in local market dynamics
• Valid driver's license
• Readiness to contribute in a fast-paced, expanding team
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring pastry teams, fostering growth and consistency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership
