Job Summary:



The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the pastry kitchen. This includes preparation, execution, and presentation of all baked and dessert items, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. You will lead junior staff within your station and collaborate closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, bake, and present all pastry, bakery, and dessert items as per menu and brand standards. Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently for daily operations and service periods. Supervise and guide Commis Chefs or Pastry Assistants working in your section. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen at all times. Ensure recipes, methods, and plating guidelines are consistently followed. Assist in creating new pastry menu items and contribute to seasonal or special event offerings. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report requisitions or shortages to the Pastry Sous Chef. Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of all food items. Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations. Maintain professional conduct and grooming in line with company standards.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
