Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, and desserts following the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper mixing, measuring, and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, following hygiene and safety regulations.
Operate and maintain pastry equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
