Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
Decorate and finish pastries with precision and creativity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and equipment.
Monitor inventory and inform the chef of shortages.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Support the pastry chef in developing new recipes and seasonal menus.
