Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Baker Chef
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in baking, dough preparation and creation.We require a chef with extensive knowledge of dough making and a combination of scientific understanding and hands-on experience (such as temperature control, humidity, water levels, etc.) to achieve the best dough quality.
Prepare and bake a variety of breads Proven experience as a baker Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and baking techniques Creativity in developing new baked items
