We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team and help craft a wide variety of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of baking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: . Prepare and bake a variety of products including bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and specialty items. . Follow recipes and formulas accurately to ensure consistent product quality. . Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using manual or electric mixers, blenders, and other bakery equipment. . Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce perfect results. . Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing and creative way. . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. . Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering as needed. . adapt and follow recipes . . Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute ideas for new bakery items and improvements. Requirements: . Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role for more than 2 years . Knowledge of baking techniques and understanding of food safety practices. . Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. . Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. . Creativity and passion for producing high-quality baked goods. .
