Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate
Baker
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards Measure and mix ingredients accurately Operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters Ensure proper fermentation, proofing, and baking processes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area Monitor inventory of baking supplies and report shortages Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production needs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Ability to work flexible shifts Excellent time management and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
