Salary - AED 3000 Per Month + Visa & Insurance
Weekly off - Once in a week
Greet and assist passengers in locating and boarding available taxis.
Provide special assistance to elderly passengers, people with disabilities, and those with heavy luggage.
Coordinate with taxi drivers to ensure an orderly and fair dispatch system.
Maintain the queue and flow of passengers during busy periods.
Offer information about taxi fares, routes, and estimated wait times.
Report any incidents, complaints, or service issues to supervisors promptly.
Monitor and enforce compliance with local taxi regulations and service standards.
Support emergency response procedures when required (e.g., lost items, medical incidents).
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the taxi stand or passenger waiting area.
Maintain records or logs related to service performance, complaints, or passenger interactions.
