Spoken Arabic Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic

Spoken Arabic Trainer

to deliver engaging and effective language training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of the Arabic language (Modern Standard and/or Gulf dialects), strong communication skills, and the ability to make learning interactive and outcome-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

Spoken Arabic classes

for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. Develop and deliver

interactive lesson plans

that focus on practical communication skills -- listening, speaking, pronunciation, and conversation. Assess learners' progress through tests, quizzes, and interactive activities. Customize training content to suit individual or corporate client needs. Maintain attendance, progress reports, and feedback documentation. Encourage a positive and motivating classroom environment. Stay updated on modern teaching techniques, digital tools, and language pedagogy. Collaborate with the academic and training team to ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field

Proficiency in English

to communicate with non-Arabic-speaking learners. Minimum

2 years of experience

in teaching Spoken Arabic (preferably to expatriates or corporate professionals). Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) is an advantage. Certification in teaching Arabic as a foreign language (TAFL / DAF) is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR40.00 - QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
