Part-Time 3D Blender Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Part-Time 3D Blender Trainer

to deliver high-quality, hands-on training sessions to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Blender 3D software

, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation, and must be able to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons.

The trainer will be responsible for designing engaging course content, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring participants acquire the technical and creative skills required for 3D design and animation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training sessions on

Blender 3D

covering modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation. Design and update course materials, assignments, and project-based learning modules. Guide students through real-world 3D design workflows and creative problem-solving. Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and portfolio evaluations. Stay up to date with the latest

Blender tools, plugins, and industry techniques

. Provide feedback and mentoring to help learners build professional 3D portfolios. Collaborate with the academic and operations team to schedule and manage classes effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in

Blender 3D

(2.8 and above) with a strong design portfolio. Proficiency in

modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and compositing

. Familiarity with add-ons such as Cycles, Eevee, and Geometry Nodes. Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or 3D artist in a professional environment. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of

other 3D tools

(e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Unreal Engine) is an advantage. Certification in 3D Design or Animation software. Experience with

industry-standard rendering engines

and project workflows.

Work Schedule:

Part-time / Flexible hours

(Evening or Weekend sessions).
