Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Revit Structure Trainer

to deliver high-quality, hands-on training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit Structure, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment. This is a part-time role, ideal for industry professionals who want to share their knowledge while continuing their career in structural design and BIM.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

structured Revit Structure training sessions

in line with the course curriculum. Teach students how to create, modify, and manage structural BIM models using Revit Structure. Provide practical, project-based learning with real-world examples. Prepare and share course materials, assignments, and assessments. Guide students on industry best practices, BIM standards, and project workflows. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure learning outcomes are met. Stay updated with the latest Revit Structure features, BIM standards, and industry trends. Support marketing efforts by contributing to demo sessions or workshops when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. Minimum

3 years of professional experience

working with Autodesk Revit Structure. Proven experience in

training or mentoring

individuals (formal teaching experience preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in

BIM workflows

and coordination processes. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners with varying skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit Structure. Experience with Navisworks or other BIM-related tools. Familiarity with international building codes and standards.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Part-time:

Flexible hours (Evenings/Weekends preferred). Compensation based on experience and training hours.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
