Job Summary:

IIQAF is seeking dedicated, skilled and compassionate individuals for our Paramedic Staff position. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical care to patients in emergency situations, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses and injuries. Administer necessary medication and procedures according to patient's condition and established protocols. Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Safely and proficiently operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment. Document all treatments and interventions accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in ongoing training and education programs to maintain and improve medical skills and knowledge. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy towards patients, their families, and colleagues. Uphold and promote the IIQAF's values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Paramedicine from an accredited institution. State certification and current registration as a Paramedic. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, yet effective decisions. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting and transferring patients. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
