IIQAF is seeking dedicated, skilled and compassionate individuals for our Paramedic Staff position. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care to patients in emergency situations, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
  • Administer necessary medication and procedures according to patient's condition and established protocols.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with colleagues, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Safely and proficiently operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment.
  • Document all treatments and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education programs to maintain and improve medical skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy towards patients, their families, and colleagues.
  • Uphold and promote the IIQAF's values, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Paramedicine from an accredited institution.
  • State certification and current registration as a Paramedic.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, yet effective decisions.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting and transferring patients.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
