Job Summary

IIQAF is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our staff, students, and guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent time-management skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all areas of the IIQAF facilities, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies Replenish towels, linens, and other amenities in guest rooms and common areas Empty trash and recycling bins Report maintenance issues and assist with resolving them Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained Follow all safety procedures and regulations Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and guests Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds Positive attitude and strong work ethic Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
