Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections for surface preparation, painting, and coating activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
Monitor and record environmental conditions and application parameters during painting and blasting operations.
Prepare inspection reports, daily logs, and ensure proper documentation of quality checks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality procedures, and client requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years
of relevant experience as a Painting/Coating Inspector in
Oil & Gas or Marine projects
.
Certification in
BGAS
or
NACE
is
mandatory
.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
IRATA Level 1/2
with at least
800 hours
of logged experience is preferred.
Familiarity with QA/QC standards, inspection documentation, and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
GCC experience
is an added advantage.
