Paid Social Performance Specialist (WhatsApp Attribution)Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical

Performance Media Buyer

to manage and optimize our paid advertising spend across

Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat

. Your primary objective is to drive high-quality traffic to our WhatsApp API and use data-driven optimizations to scale our ROAS.
There is

no funnel building or content creation

required for this role. You are responsible for the technical execution, manual attribution, and performance scaling of the ads.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Media Buying:

Full management of Meta, TikTok, and Snap Ads Managers (bidding, scaling, and budget allocation).

Direct-to-WhatsApp Ads:

Expert execution of "Click-to-WhatsApp" campaigns across all three platforms.

Manual Attribution:

Since we do not use a CRM, you will be responsible for manually stitching together data from the WhatsApp API logs and Ad Manager reports to identify winning ads.

Conversion API (CAPI) Management:

Ensuring the technical "feedback loop" is active. You will send WhatsApp conversion events back to Meta and TikTok to train their algorithms.

Performance Reporting:

Building and maintaining manual dashboards (Excel or Looker Studio) to track CAC and ROAS across all platforms.

Creative Testing:

Analyzing which ad creatives are driving the most WhatsApp conversations and requesting specific iterations from the Marketing Manager.

Technical Requirements

Platforms:

3+ years of expert-level experience in

Meta Ads Manager

,

TikTok Ads Manager

, and

Snap Ads Manager

.

WhatsApp API Knowledge:

Understanding of how API parameters (like ref tags) work to track the source of a conversation.

Tracking Mastery:

Deep experience with

Meta Conversions API (CAPI)

and

Offline Conversions

to track sales without a CRM.

Excel/Sheets Power User:

Ability to handle large data exports and use advanced formulas to calculate performance manually.

Algorithm Specialist:

You must understand how to "feed the pixel" with data so the platforms' AI can optimize your targeting.
