We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with a strong background in real estate marketing to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and execute content strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
Content Creation: Plan and produce engaging, high-quality content including property-focused visuals, reels, video tours, stories, and captions tailored for the UAE audience.
Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms to generate leads and increase visibility of listings.
Calendar Planning: Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals, project launches, and real estate trends.
SEO & Listings: Apply SEO strategies for property listings and optimize visibility across digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and generate regular reports to measure campaign success and engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain relevance and innovation in content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, promote key listings, and support events or campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a real estate company in the UAE.
Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of real estate marketing dynamics in the UAE
Proficient in content creation tools
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus
