Our client in Sports and Marketing is searching for a Paid Media Manager based in Dubai. As the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in digital advertising, data analysis, and campaign management will be crucial in driving business growth and maximizing return on ad spend.
About the Role
Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to support the company\'s marketing objectives and drive revenue growth
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
Budget Management: Optimize ad spend to achieve maximum ROAS and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns and channels
Audience Targeting: Conduct research and utilize audience insights to identify target segments for each campaign. Develop tailored messaging and targeting strategies to reach and engage the desired audience
Ad Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with the brand\'s messaging and marketing objectives. Continuously optimize ad performance by conducting A/B tests, refining targeting parameters, and implementing best practices
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media campaigns, providing regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the UX/UI and web development teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance
Remarketing and Retargeting: Develop strategies for remarketing and retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions and nurture leads
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media advertising. Continuously explore new opportunities and emerging platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, creative, and web development to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives and ensure a cohesive customer journey
About the Candidate
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency or sports background
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and data to stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Knowledge of the Dubai market and the ability to adapt paid media strategies accordingly
Experience with e-commerce platforms and campaigns is a plus
