As our Digital graphic designer/ Social Media manager, you will use your creativity to design digital assets for our company across mediums and platforms. You will work closely to ensure best practices are met for building creativity that is "thumb-stopping" and drives results. What you'll do...

• Design digital creative assets for our promotions and our partner store's banner to be used across display, social media (organic and paid), YouTube, email, landing pages, and more.
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Create graphic designing content and implement
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, offering ideas, feedback, and insight
• Prepare mock-ups to convey the email concept for presentation to the team, management, and partner stores.
• Ideate, design, and create original and engaging creative content and edit existing assets across images, video editing, and gifs.
• Design, resize and manage digital ads across wholesale partner platforms

What you'll need...

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital media/marketing and 2 years experience in Graphic Designing.
• Beyond the years of experience, we are looking for someone who can think critically, is an active problem solver, curious, motivated, and detail-oriented from the E-commerce and social media industry.
• Strong visual sense and taste level with an understanding of photo and design principles for mobile, web, and social content.
• Project management skills and ability to function as project leader influencing others as well as individual contributors. Able to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in illustration, layout, and color theory in digital media

Our ideal candidate ..

• Has eCommerce Agency or Brand experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Has great command on Graphic Designing (Banners, Brochures, Flyers and marketing Posters).
• Has experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Photography skills are an advantage.
• Video Editing+ Animation skills are a PLUS
• Has the ability to make data-driven design decisions

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
