Aldar Education are currently seeking an outstanding PA to SLT for Al Danah Charter School in Abu Dhabi for immediate start. The school provides high quality education and follows the American Common Core Curriculum (Massachusetts). RESPONSIBILITIES Main Duties Supporting SLT as they provide effective leadership to the academic team by: . Scheduling SLT meetings . Arranging the meeting agenda . Taking minutes of all the meeting attended by the SLT . Supporting any hospitality needs for meetings and events . Supporting the Principal should the PA to the Principal be out of office

Specific Duties Maintain accurate records including ordering and resources . To support the academic team in the organization of trips and visits. . To work collaboratively with the administrative team to delegate administrative responsibilities as appropriate. . To support the academic team in scheduling and creating minutes for meetings. . To facilitate the transfer of documents to and from Aldar HQ. . To maintain with accuracy the school learning management systems and learning resources including but not limited to the SSO, Seesaw, Educare etc. . To support with collecting health and safety documentation as required by correct guidelines. . Attend administration and academic team meetings as scheduled . To share necessary communications regarding health, safety, events and changes with stakeholders. Requirements Minimum diploma / degree of higher education; or Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).
