We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for the Principal. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Principal. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required. The post holder will be the primary point of contact for all parents, guests, and customers. Education: Good general education appropriate to the post Experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar field Competencies:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Good-natured

- Understanding of general reception tasks with excellent customer-facing skills
